This is a really cool spot but the cache has been muggled. No log to sign.
Spoiler alert here's a pic instead. I replaced it a little better than I found it but didn't have anything to use as a log.

TFTC! Nice and simple. I went the long way (parked on the opposite side of the road by mistake) but once I found it I felt silly. Log looks like it got wet at some point but is dry now.

Found it cool spot there were some Michael’s camping up a couple feet of of me though snagged a pencil but they’re already two pans in there.

Easy find up a dry water channel. Cache is well known to at least one homeless guy sitting at the pullout, who told me where it was and said sometimes folks put interesting stuff in it. Found cache open and in the open, with the log outside it and not much interesting inside it. Put it all back together, put it back on the rock pile, and covered it with more rocks.
