This cache is a tribute to a popular geocache container, the hanging bison. It is located on the edge of an undeveloped natural open space area that is near suburban neighborhoods. On street parking is available near the cache site.

The container is a micro with only a log to sign, so be sure to bring a pen or pencil. Please be stealthy, as there could be muggles driving by near the cache site. By the name of this hide, you know what you're looking for!!!

After 2 hikes today I'm a bit beat! Took 3 laps around GZ to spot the cache and it gave me a big smile. I have one in Fort Smith, AR, almost just like it. Great minds think alike. The log has gotten smashed into the container and I didn't have tweezers. (Note to cachers: put the log back in the cap!!!) I think I managed to get some green ink marks on the log in place of my signature. Thanks for the smiley! Find #3518.

Have a quiet weekend so I decided to grab a few for the 360 degrees of Colorado challenge. Hopped in the car kinda early and headed south. When I started out it was 64 degrees and sunny, the rain rolled in and it dropped down to 48 in a hurry. I enjoyed my hikes today, lots of flowers, rocks, cactus and birds to look at. I'll probably hit a few more tomorrow, it will be awesome to get to below 100 red rays!

Hadn't been found in over 3 months but it was a quick find and in great shape. Always extra fun to find caches when we know the CO. Thanks Kroozer.
