This is part of the the Longmont Gadget Cache Trail(LGCT) Each cache contains a code word. After all gadget caches have been placed and you have collected all of the code words the final can be found.

This is the first gadget cache in Longmont Colorado. But the trick to the cache isn't finding the cache, it's getting the log. When you reach the cache figure out how to get into the cache. It is a very simple puzzle. It should take you 10 to 20 minutes. Please do not try to force the cache open. Please don't take out screws or smash the cache. That is not the solution to get into the cache.

Do not use your own tools on this cache. The cache provides you with the tool needed. The cache must be set in a very specific way. Before re-closing it make sure the part inside can still work.
