This cache is located right next to Fred and Kara's favorite place in the world - a huge off leash dog park.  They can be found there several days a week.   You do not need to enter the park to get this cache.   There is parking in the residential area around the corner.

Finally took care of this problem. It was really tightly stuck but hubby, with the help of a TOTT, was finally able to get it open. Should be good for the next cacher.

Found after the local CITO. The rain stopped and the sun came out briefly for this find. Cute container, but I was not able to open it in order to sign the log...unusual for this type of container. Maybe the rain had made it too slippery. Perhaps the CO can check on it. I'm sure they have better fingers than I do. Thanks!

By the way, I can provide a description of the container if the CO would like one.
