CACHE IS NOT AT THE LIST COORDINATES. There is no reason to go there.

The City of Loveland has hearts throughout it.  This is the first of a series of caches that will focus on those hearts.  This one will include hearts in the eastern (east of Boise Ave) portion of Loveland.  To find the final location you will need to locate the 7 hearts pictured and determine their lat-long coordinates.  Once you have all seven coordinates you will use the tenth decimal in the latitude minutes to calculate the final location.  So, in the coordinates N40 24.624 W105 08.125 you would use the number "6".

The difficulty rating is based on the time to find all these hearts. There is a map that will make the task somewhat easier if you can locate it. The hints may also make the task easier.

BONUS Heart at N40 23.573 W105 02.946 if you want to go look. It is not part of the puzzle because I think that it is at someone's home and so would be difficult to get coordinates for.

I have contemplated using these pieces of artwork for a puzzle cache for some time but then I saw this cache was published by rangerhal. I had already done a bunch of research on the art and so I had all the information necessary in my "to do" file. One mistake I made was waiting too long to go find the final.

Today I had to give my son a ride to his knee PT appointment so after I dropped him off I headed for GZ. The container blends in very well and it took me longer than it should have but I located it. Signed the log, returned the container to its spot, and headed back to pick him up.

I had a lot of fun with this one! Ran around this afternoon finding the hearts and collecting the necessary information, then went out this evening, found the cache and signed the log. Would love to see more like this! TFTC

I worked on this puzzle a few weeks ago, but had no happiness with the geochecker. I noted that one of the hearts had been moved for a construction project, and the CO was kind anough to help me figure out the final correct coordinates. Most of the snow had already melted by the time I made my way out to the final this afternoon. This one took quite a bit to find, but the calculated coordinate were extremely close. Just SL, which was in great shape. I look forward to more along this same theme!

Could not find first time; returned today and found quickly. Enjoyed finding these hearts around Loveland; most I have seen before. Thanks, cool idea for a cache.

Hot diggity, dog diggity!!! Got the {FTF} at lunch today. I finally was able to work on this yesterday afternoon. I noted where I thought they all were and cut out of work a little early to go get some coordinates. I made the mistake of thinking the bonus heart was one of them but quickly figured it out. I was able do the math and finish the puzzle after getting home and was happy dancing when I got a verified Geo check. There was a muggle taking her ease nearby when I reached the location. So I just sat back and enjoyed the scenery and the break in the cloudy weather until she left (admittedly while thinking of devious ways to make her leave), and quickly found and signed the log. There was a heart or two I hadn't seen before so I enjoyed the discoveries as well as the chance to see the hearts in closer range. Thanks for the fun puzzle.

I know where everyone of these are but my math keeps coming up wrong. I will have to start over from the beginning tomorrow. I like the idea for this puzzle. It helps that I'm retired law enforcement and know the area fairly well.
