A euphemism is the substitution of an agreeable or less offensive expression in place of one that may offend or suggest something unpleasant to the listener. What we have here for the cache title is a reverse euphemism.
The cache should be a cache and dash except for parking, see cache title, which is going to be a problem. Suggested parking might be just below the dam or perhaps better parking might be at the boathouse parking lot on the opposite side of the lake. In an event, I don't believe that this cache should be too tough for anyone.

Oops. Of course, a man and his teenagers were fishing off the boardwalk and the man's stuff was all over the place. Looking for the cache was hilarious as the man and his boys must have thought I was nuts. I even stretched out to look under the bench. Went under the boardwalk, too. No luck.
