This one eludes me!!! I spent a good 20 mins poking around, looking high and low, on land and in the water. Oh well, it sounds like a dandy, I hope to be back

Came here over the summer with my little future cachers & Secret Ninjas. We searched high & low to no avail. I was so worried about my littles that I tripped & put a dink in my calf. Still have the scar! (Ah, geocaching wounds & the stories they tell!) Today I came and after reading the description I took a different approach. Found something but no, that couldn’t be it. Could it? I gave it a shake and it sure sounded like caching loot to me. I was finally able to open it (I meant to bring my knife after previous logs) only to find it still closed. Twist top. Signed slightly damp log. Satisfying! Thanks. Will PM owner picture of where I found it to confirm correctly location. I left as found.

It took me a few minutes to figure out what I was looking for. Great hide, but on a cool day it my fingers got cold. Favorite point. TFTC. On to the next.

I had the advantage with this one as I was with Sara Crow when she returned it after taking it to Denver I’m the one who got it open for her. I didn’t have an account then but this is one of the first caches I had seen. Today I came to sign the log. I found it down the creek about 30ft half submerged in a pool. I was able to muscle it open and found it to be 2/3rds full of water. The log was actually dry! Water had seeped into the first baggie but not the second. I put everything back together and replaced it where it was the last time we were here! Fav!
Thank you for the placement
