This cache is located at the entrance to the Gateway Mesa Open Space. This is quick grab either before starting your hike or the last one to get before heading home. I love hiking here as it has some great views and is just a nice place to get away. Not to mention there are quite a few caches in the open space itself. You're looking for a green match holder. Just enough room for the log. Bring your own writing instrument.

Congratulations to PayMeCache PiTime & DimensionGarret for Co- FTF! ! ! ! ! Whooo Hoooo !

Got scared off by a snake, not wanting to reach under rocks after seeing that.

Phone had me off a couple GZs, but I looked at the hint and found the spot. Thanks for the smiley! Find #3521.

This is a really cool place to hike, the scenery often reminded me of a sci fi movie. Several of these hides will be more difficult as the weather warms up. I felt very lucky I didn't see a snake here today. Only saw one hummingbird, but that could be because five birds of prey were circling the canyon. Hit the caches I needed for the challenge, and I'll be back to get the rest.

Have a quiet weekend so I decided to grab a few for the 360 degrees of Colorado challenge. Hopped in the car kinda early and headed south both Saturday and Sunday. Another cool day today, I think it kept the snakes away. I enjoyed my hikes today, lots of flowers, rocks, cactus and birds to look at. I quit a little earlier today to head home and get some things accomplished, and I believe I'm now below 100 red rays!
