I've been going through many little notes & bits of paper & found one that said to log this cache. I checked & found I had a dnf here over a year ago so I checked my messages & found one from the CO verifying it was indeed missing and giving me permission to log this. A good reason to log dnfs and another good reason to use geocaching messenger!
