A log only cache that is NOT at the above coordinates. Solve the puzzle to find the cache.
Tim does not have room in his garage for 8 of his trucks. He therefore increased the size of his garage by 50 percent, which gave him room for 8 more trucks then he owned altogether. Subtract the number of trucks he owned from the last three digits of the north coordinates posted above. Bill went to a 7-11 store and selected four items to buy from Tim who told Bill that the cost was $7.11. Bill was curious that the cost was the same as the store name, so he enquired as to how the figure was derived. Tim said that he had simply multiplied the prices of the four individual items. Bill, having had a nearby quad expresso, protested bitterly that the four prices should have been ADDED, not MULTIPLIED. Jeez! Tim calmly replied that that was OK with him, but, the result was still the same: exactly $7.11. Help Bill figure this out. Find the item with the highest price. Treat that number as if it was all pennies. So, for example, if the highest priced item was a cappucino that cost $4.00, you would treat is as 400 and add 400 to the last three digits of the west coordinates posted above. NOTE:1-1-09 The STAR has moved but the cache remains.

Happy Thanksgiving! I needed a puzzle cash for today's calendar and fortunately had solved this one some time ago. I thought the find who would be easier than the puzzle, but for me it was not. After about 20 minutes I finally looked in the one place that I was avoiding, since I thought even Mondo wouldn't place a cache there :-) but I was wrong and there it was. I found the original log, but did not spot the replacement put down by herndonrd. TFTC! All is well with this cache. This year I am thankful 4 being able to cross some of these Mondo Stars off my list :-)

Out caching with FeartheFish and like usual driving his butt all over the place. Out getting some Jasmer caches and others. Solved the puzzle fairly easily. Both of us looked over GZ thoroughly with no luck so placed a replacement container in a location consistent with the coordinates and the D/T rating. Thanks for a fun puzzle and TFTC!.

Up north and going about and stopped by to get this one, no joy!!! Searched GZ. Maybe another time.

This one gave me fits. The first problem is that I printed the info several years ago and solved for the wrong thing. That cost me about three trips looking in the wrong place. After I got that squared away I made another trip and looked in the right general area for quite a while with no luck. After a gentle nudge from a previous finder I was able to make the find today. Thank you for the cache

Again. At least this time I had the right coords. I'll just have to keep looking. Thank you for the hide.

Stumped again. I guess I'll have to give it another shot in the future. Thank you for the hide.

Solving the puzzle was quite a challenge. We had been working on it since Feb 2013, so we worked very hard to make sure we found the cache. As others have said, we found the cache in a location that we were a little hesitant to reach into, but we were glad we did, when we came out with the cache. Thanks.

I don't hardly remember solving that puzzle & I wasn't sure I would ever get there but today I did. I got lucky with the hide & was able to spot it.

I see why this was a 4. Luckily for me GanderGoose had brought the answer with her. It still took us quite awhile to make the find. Mostly I think because we didn't like putting our hands around areas that may contain yucky (alive) things. Thank you for this placement mondou2.

Wow! A 12 year old puzzle cache! GanderGoose struggled with the puzzle answer and then sought help from a very nice cacher friend. #1 Beefers and I then went caching today and included the cache in the plan. We had quite a long search before #1 Beefers pulled out a TOTT that revealed the hiding spot. Thanks for the puzzle placement, mondou2!
