Peace love pi and I decided to do some pre-Christmas caching today. We didn't really have a plan, but ultimately decided on Anthem Park and around Sheridan. I don't know if it was everyone doing some last minute shopping or the cold-ish weather, but we had a pretty muggle free day. We had snow flurries, so "caching through the snow" kept playing through my head. Peace love pi laughed at me because I was freezing and layered up like the Stay-Puft marshmallow man. This was the site of peace love pi's snake sighting over the summer. Sure enough, as we searched for the container we found not one but two snake skins. Summer finders beware! As with some of the others, it took us a few minutes to find the container. We worked the puzzle and signed the log. Thanks for the smiley! Find #3072.

Out caching with lasouthpaw on this chilly morning. I was happy to be back in this park during a snakel-free season to avenge my earlier DNF and complete the rest of the park. No mountain bikers today either. TFTC! All is well with this cache. This gets a favorite - enjoyed the cache container.

Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope! As I was searching for a container I stumbled upon a snake and ran screaming away from GZ into the path and was almost hit by a mountain biker coming down the hill. I guess I'll wait on this one for cooler weather.

I love field puzzles (if I can solve them). It is bee season at the Russian sage but fortunately they are more intent at getting nectar and not what I was doing. I finally found the container then got the puzzle open pretty quickly.

The toughest part of this one was locating the overall container. Getting to the log was easy and as we assembled we realized last cacher reassembled wrong. Cache is back to way it should be. Thanks for the cache
