The homeless camp is no longer here. But I couldn’t figure out which downed tree the clue was referring to. So I gave up. It looks like some brush/debris was cleared out. The cache might still be here but I am not sure.

I felt like I was walking around in people's homes. GZ fortunately fell between 2 homeless camps & I was able to find the replacement zip baggie with the log & cap in it. Another dnf avenged.

This may have been the most entertaining find of the day. After numerous DNFs on the trail, we were determined to find something here. My GPS pointed me in a different direction than the others, and there was much rejoicing when I found the fore mentioned cap. As this was as close to a container as we had seen in a while, we did our best to sign it and turn it into a cache. Thanks for the fun addition to a memorable caching run.

On the trail with T&A137 and FearTheFish. This is where the trail got rather interesting. Interesting smells. interesting homeless encampments. Interesting views. We were determined to find the lid and thankfully FearTheFish made the grab. Unfortunately I only had baggies, no caches, so I signed the lid, added a log and replaced it all in a spot that should be somewhat obvious to the next geocacher.

We found the selfsame lid as previous finders and decided three DNFs on the first five caches I this trail was simply too much did our souls to bear. We literally signed the lid, and placed it in a baggy at GZ. TFTF
