WOO-HOO! Second find for Boone and me on a lovely morning walk along the canal. The hide itself took longer than it should have as I spent too much time looking in the wrong spot. Speaking of wrong spots, I'm always a little bit leery around cavities in Cottonwoods. A few years back I reached into one just like this and almost had much hand bitten off by a sleeping Racoon, Yikes! Anyhow Boone sniffed this one out, and I was thrilled to stamp my name and claim yet another Rebus smiley on the board. Thanks Joe!

So much fun, these Rebus caches!
Solved the puzzle a while ago.
Now in the area for a CITO event and walked the trail.
Found the obvious host, but took some time to find the container.
Signed the log and replaced as found.

I knew I'd been here before, and not just once. There used to be a cache downhill from here that I came and looked for at least twice. Looks like nothing has changed down there -- 10 years of corrosion but the artifacts are still there. Brings back memories ??. Great hide on this one -- adding a favorite!

We headed back south today to start our caching adventure. We had tried to do the rebus puzzle caches and some other caches along the way on Friday, but the road was blocked with several Semi's along with emergency vehicles, ambulances and fire trucks. We waited about 20 minutes and nothing was moving, so we left and headed back north. We decided to return today knowing the area would be CLEAR. It was a perfect day to be out on an Easter Sunday . Broke out the Geo-bike and off I went down the trail in search of caches. Very nice hide, SL,TFTC Approve
