The owner has disabled their account, so, given that this was a difficulty level 1 geocache, I’ve gone ahead and put in a replacement container. The new container may be a little more difficult but the hint still applies. Again, please note that the coordinates are correct in the logs but not in the description, and the geocache is probably about a half a mile away from the original described location - a pleasant walk or bike along the Highline Canal.

I see what happened with the coordinates – it almost makes this a puzzle cache. The owners typed minute and second XX’XX” coordinates directly into the digital XX.XXX format of geocaching.com, instead of converting the minute-second coordinates into digitized format. (I made the same mistake once.) If you use the numbers given for the log and minute coordinates and plug them into the digitized format, it will take you to the location. Probably the easiest and proper thing to do is just archive the original location and create a brand new geocache at the correct location, since it does appear to be more than a 10th of a mile from any other geocache.
