Is there anything more nostalgic than a carousel? The carousel at Carpenter Park is seasonal,  but the cache will be available during park  hours, 6AM to 11PM.  The carousel was made in the 1920's and placed in the park in 2013, after being purchased from a store that was going out of business.

To qualify for this cache email me with these:  1. Take a photo of yourself or part of yourself at the carousel if open or when carousel is closed at the "rules" sign to the side of the carousel, 2. and identify the animal and how many of them there are on the stone bench on the opposite side of the carousel.  (Located at posted cords) Please do not include a photo of the bench in your log.

I am here for one of my granddaughter's wedding, and I thought I'd grab a few caches while I'm here. I need this and that to finish up some challenges. Thanks for keeping this virtual going! I only wish that the carousel had been open. A favorite for sure!

We live about a mile from the park and often take our dog to play fetch on the south side of the park. We had hardly ever been on the north side and were unaware until today that there was carousel there. Normally this would be an east png but there was a community picnic here today. Parking was a mess. The carousel is closed until Memorial day. TFTC. With BadGator (and Maui, the wonder dog).
