I found this beautiful and short little walking trail near Compassion International and Oracle and I wanted others to enjoy it too. Easy to get to if you park at either Compassion International or Oracle. Gorgeous views of PIke's Peak along the way.

This geocache sits near the first stop along the walking trail. Should be an easy find.

Staying overnight at the Great Wolf Lodge as a thank you from a local Denver cacher for some work I did for him. First time here! Quite a place. I was up early before the rest of the family so I did a cache run and this was the sixth of 7 I found.

I struck out on the prior two I searched for and wanted to reverse that fortune. This looked close enough and in a cool spot and I’m glad I took the walk. It took me a few tries to find where the cache was hiding but I had the right idea. All is good here.

It wasn’t until I hit GZ and looked at the sign more closely that I realized where I was. So cool!! We have been supporters of Compassion for many years and have met several adults in Ethiopia who participated in Compassion programs as kids and it truly changed their lives. I knew it was down here but wasn’t exactly sure where it was. So it was cool to end up here! Thanks very much for giving me a reason to go over here.

We found the cache and in a different hole there was a giant spider (probably a black widow) with two big egg sacks. I'm glad the cache was in a different hole!
