Nicely done. Signed log.

Thanks qmdi for giving me a reason to get outside. It’s always worth it when you are enjoying nature. There is nothing better than acting like a kid again, digging through weeds and climbing trees, all to sign my name on a piece of paper.

Found with Cachly for IOS.

I wanted to add a little more camo after I found it and I had to hunt for it! Guess I wandered in the wrong direction. Everything was in good shape here. Thanks for the smiley! Find #3526.

This is a really cool place to hike, the scenery often reminded me of a sci fi movie. Several of these hides will be more difficult as the weather warms up. I felt very lucky I didn't see a snake here today. Only saw one hummingbird, but that could be because five birds of prey were circling the canyon. Hit the caches I needed for the challenge, and I'll be back to get the rest.

Have a quiet weekend so I decided to grab a few for the 360 degrees of Colorado challenge. Hopped in the car kinda early and headed south both Saturday and Sunday. Another cool day today, I think it kept the snakes away. I enjoyed my hikes today, lots of flowers, rocks, cactus and birds to look at. I quit a little earlier today to head home and get some things accomplished, and I believe I'm now below 100 red rays!

Today @WindAtMyBack and I headed south to grab some caches along a trail. A short 2 mile walk in the woods on a beautiful day is the right medicine! During this walk we saw several birds and heard many more. There are so many humming birds here. We watched one playing in the sky, flying straight up, then diving down, and hovering. The few prairie dogs we saw weren't upset by our presence. No snake sightings today. Great caching day!
This little guy was placed with a perfect view! Pic is from nearby. TFTC!
Our last find of the day in this park. I carefully crossed off trail, avoiding all the baby ball cactus (not because I'm afraid of being poked, but rather because I don't want to damage them). No problem finding the cache! TFTC!

Nice place for a cache! I found a painted rock that says NAVY in the grass walking to this cache. So I put it in the cache. TFTC. SL

Mokidog and I really enjoyed going cross-country looking for this one. Came across a rattlesnake right after this cache. It was in the shadow of a large rock and therefore didn’t rattle or even when we approached. We didn’t bother it , but kept on going. Tftc
