Panera Bread Cafe

This is a simple cacher coffee event designed to start out the week. The idea behind this event series is to brag and share geocaching stories from the previous weekend and plan our conquests for the next week. Come and share coffee and fellowship as we start the week right - with friends.

This event is inside of the location and can be held outside if necessary. The owner has provided chairs and plenty of space for us to remain distanced.

This was a great way to start the day! Thanks, Jbullfrog62 for hosting this event; it certainly was wonderful timing and location for me! I'm so glad I spotted it after we pulled in last night. Over the past few days of travel, I've managed to loop my DT grid for the 13th time, and this early morning start with some superlative cachers has put me one grid square closer to looping it again! The history behind this Monday Morning Meetup is amazing! Long Live the Streak! It was great to meet everyone and hear cache talk! Denali41 I figured out the cache you were thinking of after the event ~ Now I have the exact coordinates for that one too. I just have to wait for that road to open up for the season and for me to be back here again! What a treat to meet all of you! I'm going to have to put Fort Collins on my event notification list so I don't miss another such as the hike up Crosier Mountain! Thanks for the welcome & company at this event! Happy caching all!

Another interesting kick-off to the week with this Meetup event. Karen (ProfessorLeisure) , from Wisconsin joined us. Karen, when you read this, I retract all that I said earlier about Homestead Meadows North cache. I was thinking about a different Tahosa cache featuring a homestead that's off Old flowers Road, but Fay got things straightened out for us over coffee. HM North is a fine cache, but you'd better plan on hiking it rather than biking it. It's a fine hike when there's no snow on the ground.
Everyone, have a fine week, and enjoy your Solstice Souvenir! Fay, thanks for the update on your trackables. And Jeremy, TFTE.

I was a bit concerned about driving up the I25 past Buck-ees which is opening this morning, but the traffic wasn't bad at all. It's always fun to start the week off with friends, and I even skipped my usual coffee boycott in protest about 2% milk being taken away as an offering, and enjoyed a cup this morning. Great chatting with everyone. Thanks for hosting Jbullfrog62, and see you all next week.
