This is our very first cache - Beginning a series based on Greek mythology characters. In one of our favorite parks with a glorious view of the mountains. Great kids' park, but means stealth may be required if lots of muggle tots around. Medium sized camo'd container has room for good sized treasures or trackables. Trackable in original for FTF.  Congrats csi3 for FTF!!

 

 

Given that this is our first cache, we are naming it "Gaia" (or "Gaea") because in Greek mythology she is the personification of the Earth and the first being, the primal Mother Earth goddess. She was the parent of Uranus (with whom she bore the Titans and the Giants) and of Pontus, the sea, (with whom she bore the primordial sea gods). Her equivalent in the Roman pantheon was "Terra".  PLEASE replace cache and camo as found (deeply enough and at correct angle) - For such a young cache it has migrated and been found "exposed" a lot ;)
