This has been in my solved stack for ages. I looked for the cache with no luck and then went back to my car and used the checker just to make sure. It said I was with in 25' of the solution. I went back and looked some more but still couldn't find it.

TFTPC!!! I've looked at this one seems like 100 times. Google didn't help any. Along came CrumbCrunchers with a solution! Wow!!! Today during lunch we tackled some puzzles up this way.
