Huggle expanded the search as I stood perplexed at GZ. He looked for the remains of a tree as logged & found it. Container & hide still needs some repairs.

I met up with herndonrd to grab some caches during my "lunch" break. Truth be told, I actually ate when I got back to my desk. Anyway, we got another hide that had been dogging me just down the street from this one. When we arrived here I at first thought it would be somewhere where I was going to hate searching. But coords weren't pointing close to there so I was relieved. Somewhat. Until we realized where the coords WERE pointing which didn't seem to be very promising.

After reading other logs referencing a fallen tree (and there being no fallen tree in sight) I was starting to think this was a lost cause. After all, it has been a lonely cache for quite some time. And even before it was last found it wasn't getting a lot of action.

I've gone caching a few times with herndonrd and he has amazing geosenses. But this time, it was me for the win! He was expanding his search when I caught just the right angle and was able to exclaim the most beautiful two words in geocaching "found it!"

The container has been a bit damaged over time but we did what we could to ensure a dry log and reattachment to the host. This brave little container has survived a lot in the last couple of years and hopefully it will last a lot longer!

Thanks for the hide CFBaer. I appreciate you keeping this cache active for everyone to enjoy.

Was supposed to be caching with FeartheFish but "something came up". Went out with Benj59 and he found this one. Container was damaged so we did some repairs. CO may want to consider moving location as currently it is subject to much damage. TFTC!
