well… my #miniroadtrip2019 brought me today from Denver, Colorado over kanorado, Kansas, back to Colorado, all the way down to lamar…
i took as much as boxes as possible... was a nice geoaching-roadtrip-day…

I’m on a trek to find caches in the rest of the Colorado counties, in a clockwise direction. Expecting it to take about 5 days, before I start my journey back to Florida. County #61 Cheyenne. WOW... I sure wish it would have been open when I visited here. I personally worked in the Telephone industry just over 50 years, and finally retired 5 years ago at age 68. I used to tell fellow workers that I forgot things that they never heard of.... and they would invariably ask me.... like what ??..! I would look at them and say,... I told you I FORGOT, but if I happen to have a memory miracle, I’ll let you know. . Your geocache and location made my day. So many great memories and fun days. Hard working individuals, all across the country, made the Bell System a company held in high esteem. It was an honor to be a part of it, and a pioneer in the most intriguing and important aspect of our everyday life. Favorite point for everything... memories, preservation of information and physical aspects, your hard work, and making it a most informative geocache. I hope more people make the effort to come this way and visit the museum. TFTC SL

This hide is very similar to the one a short distance away; I'm giving it a favorite point rather than that other one because the coordinates are better for this one. This is a very attractive small town, with a fine courthouse across the street from the hiding place; I took several photos and did a nice walk from the park to the west with its walking path. Good job and TFTC!
