This is a camoflauged bison tube in a pine tree behind a rock wall. No need to make a giant leap over the wall you can walk around it. Neil Armstrong said the famous words "That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind." Lady MOON Park seemed like the perfect place for a Leap Year Cache.
