This cache is just off of the road that climbs Green Mountain for emergency vehicle access. It is within feet of one of these trails and overlooks the meeting of the ways. Cyclists often enjoy the rugged path that follows the foot of Green Mountain while the bulk of the hikers prefer the road as a direct route to the summit and other geocaches on the mountain.

Please be respectful of the rule to avoid the trails when muddy. At the time this was placed it would have been quite muddy later in the day after the snow melted more and the day warmed up. If it is muddy the trail to this location will be closed.

This cache is a bit better hidden than some but may be a quick find for some who know what to look for. BYOP

Lots of people were taking advantage of the open trails today. Nice to run into dtvman at GZ! His eagle eyes quickly spotted the container and we signed the log.. Thanks for the cache!

The trails are open and the bikers were out in force. Met Kroozer at the GZ and I was able to spot the cache pretty quickly. TFTC. On to the next.

This is very nicely done. I don't want to say too much and spoil the fun for people. I had first expanded my search and I actually found a letter box that's hidden nearby. But, you should trust the coordinates and confine your search in that area.

As of this morning the trails are officially closed. So we'll want to wait on going after this one. I don't know if they'll open later in the day or they'll be open tomorrow.
