This can be a Cache and Dash on the right day, at the right time, but come summer this is a popular spot. Height may be an issue for some, do your best. This is a attractive well camoed container.

Yay! Since I am mildly vertically challenged, I had to do a jump & grab...or rather a jump & knock it off & it fell to the ground & grab. I used a TOTT to properly return it for the next finder. TFTC! :-)
