This was the first geocache my son ever found. He is 4 and he loves treasure hunts so he enjoyed every minute of this hunt despite the heat and rocky terrain.

Attacked this one from visiting "Green Spot", a 2 terrain should have been a piece of cake for us, however the way we trekked was definitely a much higher value. But we seniors managed it OK, today was a change of clothing weather day. At this cache it's back to sweatshirts from short sleeves, we started the day with jacket and sweatshirt and wet to short sleeve at 'Green Spot'. tftc. Photo is of a TB we had picked up and needed a pict of PP, so here it is.

Came up from south canyon which was a bit longer but better views . the log sheet a bit damp. Nice hide.

I see that the trackable (TB#: 5VV1QM) wasn’t listed in the inventory. It was actually lying on the ground UNDER the cache. We grabbed it and will move it along soon

A short steep hike from the parking area brought us more or less right to GZ. The log is full and a little damp, but we found a place to squeeze our signature in. Took travel bug.
