Find #4568 @ 6:46:00 AM on 4/25/2019:
After spending the night at the airport hotel I decided to run out and grab one more cache before leaving Colorado. This particular cache helped me with a Mystery Cache Placed Date challenge that I'm working on so last night I worked through the somewhat tedious puzzle but I was able to get the checker to validate my answer on the first try! What luck!
This morning I made the 20 minute drive to the cache and ran into another roadblock which made some sense but forced me to return to the car to do a little more research. I was able to narrow down an answer pretty quickly and was signing the paper log shortly after. Put the cache back in its place before returning to the airport to return my car rental and grab my flight to Boston.

What an adventure !! We started the evening at a great event - PixieKelly at a Brewery. Fun crowd that braved the snow and cold to gather together to share caching tales. We are doing a challenge requiring a puzzle a day and needed one for today. @LostinDenver assured us he had the perfect puzzle for us to get. Why do we follow this guy? I guess because it is always a fun time ! Slowly drove to area. I wisely stayed in the car (someone had to be ready to call for help !!) while off George and Larry went, disappearing in the snowy landscape. After a LONG time, a car suddenly pulled up behind me and a man jumped out and hurried across the field. Police? Security? No, it was the CO thankfully coming to help them with their insane mission. We admit that LostinDenver deserves all the credit for solving the puzzle. However he was patient enough to explain it completely to us. So now if you could publish another puzzle just like this ........ :):)

Found one day before the cache's first birthday. What a journey! I started working on this one when it came out, hoping for an FTF. But I quickly recognized that it was a complex puzzle and a little over my head. I had a good idea of what to do, but struggle with that type of puzzling. So every once and a while I would dust off my notes and do a little more work on it. After several fails, I spoke to the CO, who reported that I was on the right track. I worked on it again, but came up with a bad GZ. I had to re-think my strategy to overcome my own deficiencies. The problem is not with the cache, but my dyslexia. So about a month ago, I thought of another way to work on it. It worked out well and I got a happy checker. YEAH!!!!!!
So I chose what happened to be the snowiest day of the year to drag my caching partners ( @2lablovers ) to the GZ. We just had a great time at a nearby event, so why not top it off with a great puzzle?
We made our way out through the snow, which was still accumulating, to the Educator and Advocate's final resting place. Of course, in my infinite wisdom, I think that I know what type of a hide it will be. But a good search and a minor fall failed to reveal the container. We circled wider away from the GZ, looking for other hosts, finding nothing. In the back of my mind I knew that this was foolish - the CO's coords are usually really good! But to quell the riot in my mind, I still had to look around. Just as we were about to give up, I saw a figure in the distance. It was like an angel in camo.... Rohatx! He let us know that the cache isn't snow friendly, but gave a clue that let me know where to look.
Now, I thought we were good to go. But wait, there's more! The container was frozen to the ground. But some gloved finger digging and a slight boot nudge freed it. Now to solve the next part. I think Rohatx felt sorry for 2 old men wandering in the snow and decided to give a hint. I grabbed the TB that has been in the cache to move it along. We stamped our names and returned the container to its icy placement.
As always, thanks for the adventure, @Rohatx . This puzzle has been on my mind for nearly a year. I love a challenge and you provided it on multiple levels. Just wish I hadn't made it even harder by waiting for a bunch of snow :)

Holy, holy, holy!!!! I finally solved this one. It literally took me about 4 hours because of my dyslexia. But I got the happy checker. Now, I just have to find the cache!

On a caching adventure with Bhob today. I found thirteen caches today, and we found a place that sells Jolt Soda lol.
Fun puzzle, and great final. Discovered a few trackables, and picked one up. Nice twist. I haven't seen that type before.
Fave.
Thanks Rohatx! Logged Conservation Leader, Educator, and Advocate from a ninth galaxy using c:geo!

Went for a drive with "animjason" on a very warm spring day - this was the seventh of twelve geocaches that I found along the way. TN-LN-SL. Thanks !

I know my coordinates are correct but I didn't find the container. I'll try again.

This one kept me occupied for quite a while: both the puzzle and the hide!! Was relieved to sign the log and happy to be the FTF at 11:05 AM! Thanks for a unique puzzle, a creative hide, and the Signal coin! Definitely earns a fav!
