After putting away the groceries, we decided to head out on a mini caching adventure to clean up some of the new caches recently published. Enjoyed the walk to GZ on a very nice day. Very nice hide, TNLN,SL,TFTC

We recently moved here from Broomfield so checking out my hometown area. I had a small stroke a few years ago and my left leg is weak. These tiny hills are awkward for me, and I fell down right beside the cache! Two kids and their mom were sitting on a bench nearby so I told them the story of Geocaching and gave each one some swag (keeping social distance and putting on my mask of course). The chattery geese on the island nearby enjoyed watching and told me not to get any closer to a possible nesting site.
Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy what is almost a secret/sacred spot.

We hoped to grab a FTF but were foiled by early bird cachers! Thanks for bringing us here, it is a beautiful spot for a park!

Thanks for the wake up call that there is actually land east of I-25 between Denver and Windsor . Wow what a beautiful and exceptionally well-designed park!

Super rest stop for I-25 travelers! Unique kids climbing play, long accessible trails, full body workout station, doggie drinking fountain, power at picnic shelters. Currently no personal watercraft allowed, but kayak, etc rentals in season. Rubbish bins but no recycling. Although cache not wheelchair accessible, many special areas to enjoy including trails.

What a neat park, I had no idea this was here. Enjoyed the short walk to GZ and had the cache in hand quickly. Nice job on the container! TFTC

Nice [FTF] at 7:32am! Don’t normally have the chance to get many FTFs! Glad I had the opportunity to grab this one. Beautiful little lake park. I didn’t know it was here. Going to have to bring the family back for a picnic! Thanks coltisson for placing this cache and getting us out for an adventure!
