Driving back to Colorado after several days on the road with herndonrd (also known as Mister Disneyland - the happiest person on Earth) and my new favorite geocacher xymn1igm (also known as Kevin). We spent several days in Texas immersing ourselves in all of the frivolities that Geowoodstock XVII had to offer, and decided to add a few more geocaches to break up the long drive home.

We stopped here to grab your cache since herndonrd had solved this puzzle. We also had yet to find a cache in this county, so that was a nice bonus. Thanks for the fun hide and for your contribution to a great caching vacation.

P. S. No animals (including humans, aliens, or PayMeCache) were harmed in the writing of this log.

No joy here today on a frosty morning. Lots of tumbleweeds, though.

Find #48241

Its been a long hot summer in Texas, I've been trying to get out and do a caching trip a couple of times this summer, but it never worked out. Finally managed to get a week off, and am so happy to be out here in Colorado. The weather if perfect, and there is a load of caches that need my name on Smile Thanks so much for the hide TaylortheGrizzly-ttg, I really enjoyed finiding this cache!

Glad I looked at this one before my road trip, otherwise I would have had to skip it. Google is my friend :) Thanks for the fun cache!

11:03. I enjoyed all the power trail caches I went to in these series. A few burrnt/mostly destroyed caches were replaced but most were in great shape. TFTC. TNLNSL.

TFTCSL headed west from Kansas City to Denver by the scenic route collecting caches along the way. This is the first time I've been able to see mountains on this trip. Thanks for the challenge. All is well.
