This is to introduce geocachers to ballroom dancing.
The East Coast Swing is a fast eight step swing. One- two- three, one- two -three, rock step. Woman starts with her right foot, man with his left. Step three is a dramatic sway of the hip, and the rock steps are a noticeable change of weight. Examples of songs are Love a Rainy Night, Uptown Girl, Respect and Bust a Move. Last note...this is one of the dances we learned a routine for to do a dance showcase. One heck of a workout... Congratulations to hartsdale for FTF!!

TFTC! Was down in the Springs for the better half’s oncology appt. She is now 6 years cancer free! We had some time before the appt and decided to grab some caches. Cache is in good shape and thank you for the smiley face on the cache map.
