This is a new series named after U.S. Presidents. I decided to name them after presidents since I started to hide them on Presidents Day. They are all similar hides, and you can park right by most of the caches. Bring your own pen and possibly tweezers, and have fun!

Please let me know if this cache needs any maintaining, such as the log needing replacing, if the cache container is in bad condition, or if you can't find this cache. Hope you find it, and happy caching!

Herbert Hoover gained a reputation as a humanitarian in World War I by leading hunger-relief efforts in Europe as head of the American Relief Administration. From there he moved into the post of U.S. secretary of commerce and spearheaded the construction of the St. Lawrence Seaway and the Hoover Dam. In 1928, Hoover was elected president, but eight months later the stock market crash of 1929 occurred, ushering in the Great Depression. Hoover’s policies could not overcome the economic destruction and despair that resulted, and he lost his reelection bid in 1932. More information can be found on: http://www.biography.com/people/herbert-hoover-9343371

This was a quick cache and dash with Nickgatt, T-Dawg, and my three geohounds. We spent most of our day finding caches north of Boulder before the bad winds moved in. TFTC SL.
