Yay no dog out today. Thanks for the fun, Easton2315!

Ugh, the life of a vagabond geocacher. I had to work today, which interferes with caching. Then I had to go to a graduation party. That puts a cramp in my caching style. THEN around 6:30 pm I was finally able to get out and go caching. So I loaded up the FJ in Aurora and headed to Beverly - Hills that is. Parker, Colorado with @WindAtMyBack in tow, we captured as many pokemon-like caches as possible. Which meant 14.
Made the find. TFTC!

DNF avenged! Watch out for shamis the giant guardian in the other side of the fence who threatens to knock it down! The owner came outside and ineffectively yelled at him !
Thank you for the placement

Thanks for the replacement but wow that’s a busy 4 way stop intersection. I had one car creep past me... Then there is a big noisy dog right next to it. It hit the fence several times. So this cache can draw a lot of attention & there is no where to hide.

Looked everywhere around the roots of the tree and had no luck

I wasn't able to find it but I did see that someone decided to crash into the tree at GZ! Car parts and broken tree limbs...

Thanks, Easton2315! I liked walking the trails this morning. It was a beautiful morning to go out geocaching. I try to make it to the Aurora area every Sunday that we are in town because traffic is lighter from Arvada. The highlight of the day was that I came across my first rattlesnake of the season when looking for a cache off the trail in Great Plains Park. Of course I heard it before I saw it. As I prepared to take a picture, it slithered into a prairie dog hole to get its lunch. Another goal of the day was to pick up a couple of benchmarks. I have been a little low at logging benchmarks lately, so I hope to log 30 benchmarks in 30 days this month.
