Out getting the daily cache for the streak and birthday caches for the new challenge. In addition this one helps with the Summit challenges. Brutally cold day but at least the snow has held off so not that big a hindrance to finding this one. Everything in good shape. TFTC!

Loved the prairie dogs. They were not happy to see me.

On a trip west to visit the boys. One is working on Denver and the other is a Sophomore at CU Boulder. Always enjoy our trips to Denver - this is one of my favorite cities in the world. My wife prefers that we fly on a different flights - which we have done for years - that was always kind of a pain in the butt until I took up geocaching - now it is great. I usually fly in on the earlier flight get the car and grab a few caches and then pick her up - then on the return trip we do the same just in reverse. I drop her off at the airport go get a few caches then catch the next flight out. The area around DIA is always a target rich environment so I can usually get a bunch of quick ones.

When I arrived I followed the pattern - it was very windy out - I think I found 10 or so today. All pretty quick and easy.

Such a pretty area. It's sad to see so much domestic trash back here. TFTC
