Hart 4 eating M&M's
Hart's 5th
The view from Spruce

Trail starts off steep but then levels out. Well worth it. Can continue on the upper loop to make hike 4 miles but can turn back after gettng the cache to make hike 2 miles round trip.
We hid this cache as a family; the Hart 4 just moved here from Missouri and have spent many days hiking in Pikes Peak forest and finding caches all over. We love the cachers we've met and enjoy being members of the "Colorado Cachers" organization. This was a hike that we all went on (ages: 32,30,10,9)on President's Weekend. This was our first three day weekend after moving here and we hope that your family enjoys there time here too. We recommend bringing up a bag or two of M&M's to share at this spot, that is what we did and probablly will do each time we hike this trail again. Unless there is a heavy snow (2 feet of fresh powder) this cache is accessible. We hid it when there was about a foot on the ground. It sits up high enough and in an area that gets a lot of sun. Thanks to Hiker Ron and the Geocaching Colorado meeting for telling us about this cool new trail.

,Br>Great News! The FTF was given to earnie 66 and JP 66 and kids! Since this is a family cache it is great to have the FTF go to a family

TFTC. Found during our MTB ride atop the mountain. Nothing to write with on us, so will have to drop by another day to sign the log. Love the spot!

Our GPS had us off a few times and there's quite a few good places for a cache here.
The clue doesn't help it's current location.
Spoiler Alert
It's in a hole on the backside of a rock wall.

10:34 AM We are here from Dallas for our typical August vacation in Divide in order to skip the Texas heat for a couple of weeks.

Today we headed to Spruce Mountain and Open Space. We were here about 10 years ago for the conclusion of a classic SparrowPI multicache. This time it's the Classic Movie series that is bringing us to the area.

This was a nice hide that enhanced our walk of the loop.

I signed the log. Thanks, ca-2-mo, for the cache.

Came back today to see how the flowers are doing. Yellow-rumped warblers were near the cache, which are a cheery sound. This was a tricky hide; add maybe a star or two to difficulty or a more detailed clue.

GPS had me about 25ft off but geosenses suggested this was a more likely location. Still took a bit of searching before spotting the nice hide.
