Our neighbor to the northeast, the state of Nebraska, has a certain system for organizing the registration of certain everyday machines that Colorado doesn't have. Your task is to figure out what this is and solve the puzzle below! You will likely have to do a little research unless you happen to be familiar with this system already. Good luck to you! As an optional bonus, tell me in your logs if you learned anything about Nebraska geography!

TFTC! Wow, that was a fun find. Wonderful job, my son. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to the order of the numbers used to solve this one. I think we are both partial to 21 though, wouldn’t you agree? That’s where El Charrito is…. Gets a fave point for fun and nostalgia.
