This is a new series named after U.S. Presidents. I decided to name them after presidents since I hid them on Presidents Day. They are all similar hides, and you can park right by most of the caches. Bring your own pen and possibly tweezers, and have fun!

Please let me know if this cache needs any maintaining, such as the log needing replacing, if the cache container is in bad condition, or if you can't find this cache. Hope you find it, and happy caching!

Chester A. Arthur was born on October 5, 1829, in North Fairfield, Vermont. Elected vice president on the Republican ticket of 1880, Arthur acceded to the presidency upon the assassination of President James A. Garfield. As president, he supported the Pendleton Civil Service Act (1883), which provided for the open appointment and promotion of federal employees based on merit rather than patronage. Arthur died in New York City on November 18, 1886. More information can be found on: http://www.biography.com/people/chester-a-arthur-9190059

The choice was to stay home and write Christmas cards, or geocache. So of course I chose the latter. Thanks for the cache.

Waiting for softball to start at Monarch Field again. Running around finding some caches. Some of these were in rough shape for containers. Sorry I didn't have any replacements.
