We found a few of the other caches in the area and decided that this area would be a primo location for some more.  We placed several out here to make the trip worth-while.  Happy Hunting!

First time for me back in here on the first day of Winter.

The days will be getting longer now.

I saw a way out there heading back to parking, so I gave it a try.

I found a mirco container and added a new log and put it back where I found it.

Searched GZ for about an hour, found a spot that seemed plausible, it was occupied if it's in there it has been taken hostage. We'll just say we got "skunked" on this one.

Walked around the inlet. Through the swamp. Made it to ground zero. Came up empty :(

I thought today might be a good day to go after this cache. The water level was not as high as it normally is this time of year. When I got near ground zero I could see that it would take a significant amount of hiking or a swim to get around to ground zero. I decided to save this one for another day.

Co-ordinates put it about 500 feet out in the middle of the lake. I think it's gone until the lake goes back down.
