Seems like an unsavory muggle most  likely absconded with the cache previously in this spot.  She is inside a neighborhood that the cache is located outside, and has an inflated sense of what her turf is.  The cache lasted six and a half years and I'm not ready to give it up.  It was a fun cache full of doggy things that cachers enjoyed with the kids.
I lost Snickers two years now.  She was a lovely little Papillon with a great sense of humor.  She would have enjoyed this cache.  l'm placing a type of cache a muggle is less likely to find.
