For some reason I though I solved this. I guess I changed the coordinates without being correct. Since there was no checker I got confused. Caching with Thierry B today we decide to start at the beginning. I'm sorry I wasted 20 minutes of Thierry's time at the wrong place earlier on. We did what we were supposed to do and, voila, there it was. In plain sight. Walked to the spot and found the cache easily. I'm giving this a favorite point. It deserves it. Thanks.

The log is wet and may need to be changed.

The calculation was easy, but then what to do?
I did the calculation based on what I saw on a map.
Then I had a hint from the CO, which allowed me to find the cache.
Good presentation for the cache Smile, definitively worth a favorite point.

I picked up this cache today while doing what I grandiosely called the “the Q-Run North.” Like other recent cachers, I’m trying to pick up points for the current space event. I thought I would not be able to do the event, but my plans have changed and now I am behind, trying to catch up. It is tougher for me to catch up because I struggle with most of the puzzles and puzzle protected multi-caches in the local area. Fortunately, I was able to figure out this one and make the find on this puzzle cache today. I have to admit, this one had me running in circles for a bit...I initially didn't find anything of note at Waypoint 1 and the math seemed to produce only a random number. After doing a chicken dance in the middle of the street, shouting at a passing police officer, spending four hours in a zen trance, and finally doing a gentle PAF for a thread to pull, I was able to make the find. Thanks to the CO for placing this cache for everyone to find and a fun puzzle for everyone to enjoy, TFTC. (queue background chicken chuckles)

Thanks for the fun puzzle cache! I had the math done awhile back and noticed I had a note in this one. After work today I decided to brave some of the snow and wind to make a grab. I parked at the coordinates and looked around. Spotted the target pretty quick and made a short but freezing walk to the location. Signed the log and replaced as found. All is well here!
