Congratulations Sir Dud the Speedy with his steed Plato the Swift, as they sped towards the treasure and were the first to complete this quest! There will be many ballads sung about your heroic efforts!

I've been wanting to hide a cache in this area for awhile.  There's enough room I may have to add more like this, but for now here's a fun puzzle for you to solve!

Once upon a time, there was a hobbit named Moose.  He always envied those who got to go on adventures, like Bilbo the Old, or Frodo of the Nine Fingers.  Instead, he was unlucky and just sat around in the shire reading about the great heroes of the past.  Moose was very fluent in many languages, and one day while reading an old, dusty tome at the library, a small red scroll fell out from between a few pages.  He picked it up, and before him it said:

"Treasure can be found for those whom can read this scroll."

Below this were a bunch of strange words.  He used his vast knowledge of languages to translate it, and go find his very own treasure!  It was a small round container hidden on the East side of an object as tall as him.  He was a hobbit, so those of you whom are human may be taller than the structure yourselves.  He rejoiced in his treasure, and ran back home to log his adventure, so that others could read about it for many days to come.  He made sure to add the strange text he found so that future generations could follow in his footsteps and see the same treasure he found.  Keep in mind that the text is now old, and hard to read.  Not all translations are going to match but you should be able to find something close to it to help you on your quest.  Read the following and go forth to find Moose's Treasure, if you enjoy this quest, many more may be available someday!

Moose's Treasure Scroll:

Quain Lempė Laa Lempė Enquė Otso Otso

 Hints

[Puzzle] Rhymes with Kenya[Code] there is no term for "zero" so I had to use a different word from a "dictionary" of the language. Use your common sense with coordinates to figure out which one it is.[Final] Please re-cover when done, the story tells you exactly where it is

I think I solved this puzzle (or its sibling) years ago when it came out, but never actually bothered to hunt for the cache. I finally decided to do so today, after having bad luck with a few other nearby puzzles. Unfortunately, the "stealth required" attribute applied today, and I'm pretty muggle-shy. There was a crew of 4 landscapers in the area, with riding mowers, leafblowers and such. I looked around briefly, then parked around the corner and tried to bide my time. When they took a break, and after I caved and glanced at the hint, I knew where to go (and yes, I shouldn't have needed the hint - that's what I get for just skimming the cache page). It didn't take very long, but I couldn't get the cache container open, so I retreated to my geo-vehicle with it.
From what's written, it sure seems to be the original container, but it's a bit rusted, and I needed to use a TOTT to open it, hopefully with no damage done. The log inside (a replacement maybe?) was in great shape in its baggie. I waited maybe 30 minutes before the coast was a little bit clear, until I could put the container back where I found it. I hope nobody cared about what I was up to!

AAH! So excited to find this cache!
Started out looking for Kenyan Giraffes only to discover when walking back to the car that it's another type of mystery we are after! Once we figured out the puzzle, we were anxious to go to the cache site (sacrificing lunch time and getting back late from lunch) we made the find! Like other caches, searched the wrong tree first. Luckily me and Frodo are about the same height and so the cache was a bit easier to retrieve. Love caching with 2bithooker!!
