This geocache was a spur of the moment thing, quite serendipitous to be honest. But every geocacher should have a hide in honor of their birthday, so here is mine.  I enjoyed being a kid again in the placement of this one.  I hope you do too.  

For the person lucky enough to make FTF, if you have a zip tie on hand, maybe you bring it with? This serendipitous placement may need a slight reinforcement. It should be attached fairly firmly but I lost my secondary reinforcement along the way. I do not mind doing that myself, but if you happen to be there........

It may be the CO's birthday, but she gifted us with our Feb FTF! Thanks!!! We tried to recruit others for an [FTF] party, but they had other obligations.
