Medlin Schoolhouse is a historic school, and its interior is set up just as it would have been when it was in use. It's almost as if the students were simply at recess!

The Medlin Schoolhouse is an historic school. DO NOT PARK IN THE PRIVATE DRIVE ADJACENT TO THE SCHOOL (the residents are NOT friendly, guess they must get too many visitors). The school's driveway is not maintained during winter. Park on the safe pull-off just past the private drive and before the guardrail, and walk back to the schoolhouse property. The cache is a Bag Balm tin.

Was contacted by CO that we could leave a replacement cache if we'd like. Dropped a larger pill bottle to match the hint with some rocks around it. This is my last day here visiting in Colorado. SL

Ms. Anne and I headed up to the Turkey Creek area to look for a few caches in between showers.

Of course I parked in the driveway.. Where else would you park?

Very interesting old schoolhouse. It would be interesting to visit if they ever have it open. Picked up Kaiwarrior's Canoe Geocoin wooden nickel style proxy.
