Found it! Rain damage destroyed previous paper, signed a new one and left it in the capsule. Beautiful neighborhood and easy find!

Found with no log, so put a scrap of paper to sign with the pieces of the cache. Thanks for all these neighborhood hides!

Hitting a few caches up towards Brighton today. I didn't really see any bits and pieces that were recognizable as part of a cache container, but no matter, I was able to leave a replacement.
