The location clue at the second stage is very challenging to find indeed. Put there by a very tricksy hobbit. Have to think outside of the box for sure. The actual cache is in really poor shape. Looks like the Tupperware container broke, and the whole thing got flooded. Pretty moldy and nasty in there. Nice location and great views though.

Fun cache! First multi stage. Box is in very bad shape, much of the lid is missing. Log books are now in new baggies.

For being a math major, I'm embarrassingly bad at math. It started by using the feet instead of meters on one coordinate, which took me a quarter mile past stage 2 (with still .4 miles left to go). Then it turned out I don't know how to subtract 7. Finally made it to the wonderful stage 2 (which earns this a favorite point btw) then quickly to the final stage. As mentioned before, final container is badly damaged but everything inside is in decent shape. TFTC!

Quick find with tracylhs. Haven't done a multi in a while, so nice to find a good one. I liked Stage 2. The final is broken, but the contents are dry. Also, I needed this cache for January 2006 of the Jasmer Challenge! Caching around Gross Reservoir today. SL. TFTC!

I feel like a dumbass. I went looking earlier this week and put my hand on the second stage coordinates and didn't see them. i even thought to myself "hmm thats odd" but for some reason it didn't click.
I found the 2nd stage coordinates today and the final stage was cake from there and surprisingly close.
I made myself go back and find it because finding a multi cache is the "challenge of the week" on /r/geocaching
The box was severely cracked and a big hole letting in water, critters and tree needles. Could use some TLC for sure.

The pair of DNF logs from last year had me worried, paired with the fact that the last finder doesn't have too many finds and unfortunately that sometimes means that a Found log should have actually been a Did Not Find (or did not attempt). But turns out all it good with this cache. Well, almost. The lid of the cool pencil box has broken, but a log with the word temporary written on it is nice and dry inside a pill bottle. Yoda is home.
