Needs maintenance

This cache is in memory of a good hunting dog and a great friend. She was also a fantastic baby sitter. We got her at ten weeks from a family east of the springs i 1985. She was the runt of the litter and very poorly nourished. She was Lab sheltie mix and a handful of fun. She grew into a wonderful friend and a baby sitter all in one. Our oldest was born in 1992 and that's when her mother instincts kicked in. The nightly routine was to check on him before going to bed, and when the youngest came she slept under his crib. We still call her name sometimes when calling the brood. She passed away in 1999.

Congrats to THeSKuLL for FTF!!!

Out and about with my husband for a date day. We stopped to get some caches while we were out. Everything is good here. Thanks for the hide!

Found the cache in good shape; can't say the same about the area. Needs a good CITO.

Had to park a little ways away and then wait for a bit until the rain let up...and then I went in for the smiley. There was a bicycle hiding back there! Anyway, TFTC.

FluffyNinja and I came out geocaching just before dusk. We got to the probable location and soon found the container. We signed the log, put it back, turned around and --- spotted another container nearby, about 15 to 20 feet away. We opened that container and it had a log sheet, too. Since we couldn't tell which container was the real geocache and which was a replacement, we signed both logs. The micro log we signed as "GL & KL."
The cache owner might want to investigate and remove the incorrect container. Thanks!

Upon approaching GZ, I figured this would be like the other caches I’d found earlier. I set to doing my usual routine for that kind of location, but then My geo-senses started tingling and I broaden my search. Found it easily after that. TFTC

We cached our way to the Colorado Springs area with several goals in mind. First there were three events that we wanted to attend during the weekend. We also wanted to work on our Planetary Pursuit points to earn the 10 souvenirs that are available. Next we wanted to get the new gorgeous GCCO coin, and finally we are working towards our 40,000 find BigSmile. nice hide, SL

We replaced numerous caches that had numerous DNF's along with log and or containers that needed maintenance. There was also a nano container that we had to replace because we dropped the bottom of container and could not find it.

Thank you gdsdizz for placing this cache for our enjoyment.
