This is a multi cache placed at Homestead Ranch Park. Please be sure to take a copy of the description with you as you go, it will be needed to find certain stages of the cache.

At the listed coordinates, you will find yourself standing in front of the Homestead Ranch Park sign. Follow the directions below to find Stage 2.
For Stage 2:

A - Count the number of wheels that you see. Multiply by 2 to get A.

BC - Count the number of all dashed cut-outs at the top and bottom of the metal Homestead Ranch Park sign. Add 10 to get BC.

D - The number of vertical poles holding up the sign to get D.

E - Count the number of all of the spokes on the wheels. Subtract 16 to find E.

F - Take the number of metal T-Posts that are supporting the pine trees behind the sign to get F.

G - The number of large white rocks in front of the sign equals G.

H - Take the number of chain lengths holding the sign and subtract 3 to get H.

N 39 0A.BCD W 104 3E.FGH

Coordinate check: Add your individual coordinate digits together. The North should add to 21 and the West to 22.

--------------------

After you find Stage 2, you will travel to another interesting location at the park. Use the surrounding objects to find the values of the following:

I - On the plaque, find the number of times quotation marks appear to get I.

J - Add the number of commas, apostrophes, and periods that are on the plaque. Now subtract 1 to get J.

KL - The number of letters in the person’s name for whom the plaque is dedicated, plus 2, equals KL.

M - The number of black bear statues in the area plus 1 is M.

TO THE NORTH OF THE PLAQUE IS A STRUCTURE. USE IT TO FIND N AND O.

N - Towards the base of the structure is a green metal circle. On the East side of the circle, there is a date printed in MM/DD/YY format. The month number, plus 1, is N.

O - On that same green metal circle, take the date number and divide by 2 to find O.

GO BACK TO THE PLAQUE FOR P.

P - The number of horses on the plaque is P.

N 39 0I.JKL W 104 3M.NOP

Coordinate check: Add your individual coordinate digits together. The North should add to 27 and the West to 25.

I hope that you enjoy the GeoTour around Homestead Ranch Park. Please replace the final as you found it, trade fairly, and cache on!

Gobbled this one up on Turkey day.

The clue for F is no longer there but if you know that you are aiming for 22 you can figure it out.

Found Stage 1,2. Replaced log. Onward.

Note the clue for F is no longer valid as there are just 2 trees there with 0 t poles but the solution can be derived from the checksum

Out geocaching at Homestead Ranch Park with TexDoc56 and Hammerhead53 on a nice September day. We made it to stage 2 but the log was in pieces and impossible to read.

Found stage 2 but couldn’t glean any useful info from it.

Found it. The landscape has changed since the clues were placed, so some logical inference was required.

Kssweetie did the heavy lifting on this one - getting the clues, doing the calculations, before we found the final. Thanks to Tom.dog and brennan7 for a well done multi! IN - Team USA Olympic lanyard OUT - nothing TFTH!!!

This was the main goal for today, but it got off to a bit of a ragged start. One checksum didn't come out right and the brisk wind was cold! I put it aside and went on to hike in the park, only to find stage three along the way. The checksums were good and off I went to sign the log. Thanks for a fun multi.

All that is left of the stage 2 clue. Needs serious attention!
