Found! The one of the containers needs maintenance

Out with best caching buddy GanderGoose this morning before the game. Game was a disappointment, unlike our caching adventure. Got 21 with no DNFs! Thank you for this placement Grassenhopper. I'm sorry to report that the container is actually broken. We did what we could to help preserve it, but it will need a new Kitty Jar.

Went on a spontaneous geocaching adventure with my fine friend, #1 Beefers. We parked at the pet resort upon your recommendation and made the trek to GZ. There was no bushwhacking this time of year. There was quite a search before #1 Beefers spotted the cache. The kitty is in sad shape. To preserve the log, we added a replacement container to the remains of your original container. GanderGoose is a couple who prefers dog companions although Gander had a Siamese cat named Chan when he was a kiddo. Grassenhopper caches are always fun. This was the last cache of the day so we could get home for the Bronco game. Thanks for the placement, Grassenhopper!

Parked at the Club Pet Resort, then walked over to the cache, it did take some bushwacking. There is lots of prickly pear on the ground, so had to be very careful of where I stepped. I found this really cool tree, but nope, that's not it. When I did find the little kitty, it does show its age. The lights don't work anymore and the bubble bottom is broken and cracked. But still cute, and it's nice to experience a different type of container!
I adopted a kitty 15 years ago, she was the sweetest lap kitty ever. She also played fetch with a little ball up and down the stairs. I miss her a lot.

I visited the area a few days ago while waiting for my son and to get a start on the hidden creatures challenge. Thank you for placing this cache and helping to keep our recreation going.

Had some time to burn this morning, so I came over to check out this park and the adjacent trail. Cool area. After my first loop around the park, I went back to the car and changed into shorts and a T shirt to better enjoy the sunny day, then set out to explore the Sand Creek Trail a little further. It was nice to be able to pick up so many larger containers in this area! TFTC

No rattlesnakes but something has been eating the dead raccoon! Placed the broken container so that it should be mostly out of the weather but it needs replacement. TFTC!
