This is my first Whereigo.
This is a dedication to the fair that is held in this area every year for the last 80+ years.

This wherigo refused to give us a completion code. we walked all over the place, in circles and squares and triangles and nothing. Irid3sc3nt and I decided to do a caching day for our birthdays. So Saturday it was. It was a beautiful day for caching. It was filled with great caches and beautiful scenery. Thanks for placing these caches!

We found it! No fair today, but there were people hanging out in the lot and another learning how to drive with a clutch. Enjoyed the Wherigo, I know they aren't easy to make (from experience). It, however, did not trigger a completion code for us no matter how much wandering around the final we did.

Had a great time with this cache. My phone forced me to be spot-on with the coords., which made it more challenging due to its constantly changing accuracy. TFTC

Out with FeartheFish on a caching run to Greeley to get some challenges, puzzles and other interesting caches. Nice little walk around the Stampede area. Took some looking to find the final but we made it. TFTC!

Oh what fun this was! I remember when the fair had all these booths. I guess they went away when the Stampede showed up and took over. I ate funnel cake rode the rides and won a bear! Thanks for this awesome wherigo! Finally brave enough to do it!

We scored a DNF on this one back in 2016, but kept it in our watch list, and noted that another cacher had replaced it. Returned to the scene of our prior defeat, and were pleased to score this one (finally!) today. As memory serves, the cartridge worked pretty well for us.
