It is the middle of January with brilliant blue skies and 32 degrees. What better time to play in the snow and ice!  Roads are snowpacked and the mud is frozen. Yahoo!  This is a beautiful spot no matter what the season. Would probably avoid when road is muddy though.

somehow managed to find this one between a DNF on the mystery wheel, two FTFs on this same CO that went active just as we got home from here, and a long dark ride down from yet another DNF on the third new cache at the end of a very rough road way up in the hills. The heat was such that after the walk to get this one we decided to go only for one more and it had to be alongside the road, no walking.
