Hi - I made the pepper trail jaunt over a couple days recently.. A return just to "play a hunch" was necessary for signing the Scoville final... I didn't know what to do with the ingredients when the trail was complete; but some adjusting of the "recipe" yielded the "spice of life" near to where I'd failed at a hunch the first time around
Some time past I'd actually been to the first couple that are right of RRR; but lost/failed to remember/ missed all together/ the info leading to the can o' hot stuff at the end. No biggie- the days I got to come back were excellent! None of the series need anything at the moment.
Oh no, this is the one I thought the last one was.

A little longer trek & a longer search & bit harder retrieval indicated how these hides are increasing in difficulty.

Catching up on my ridiculous amount of logs that have accumulated for months on end.
Found with backcountryhorsemen. This was a wonderful day for a nice hike and a lot of these caches presented a good challenge so for that I thank you.
I signed a challenge earlier this year that required a large amount of caches to be found and I’m finally at the home stretch. Making a hard push at the end of the month here since weather is in my favor and trying to get this thing wrapped up before years end.
All is well here with the cache and log.
Some may call me seriously mentally ill. Some may state that I am in a state of mind that prevents social interaction. Some may say I am in a state of mind that prevents normal perception and or behavior. I prefer to say that I tend to do the same thing over and over again, but I expect different results. That being said, I believe we only live one life and I am trying to make the best of it. I thank you, Rookies2001 for placing a fun geocache to fuel my "insanity" or addiction as I call it. I appreciate you bringing me here so that I can try and sign my alias on a piece of paper that you have hidden.
I look forward to finding more of your geocaches. I also look forward to potentially finding geocaches with you one day and sharing stories of our insanity... I mean hobby or addiction? Cheers!

Here from KY visiting my daughter. I get to geocache while she works! I made this a level 5 approach I think. Thanks for placing this one.

Found this while out caching with THe SKuLL. It was a great day for a hike. The series took a little longer than we planned. There was some bouldering needed, but not a difficult trail. We had to use team work to grab some of the containers. TFTS

Another awesome hike out and back with the J of KJKlock. We made our way to each one, taking breaks where necessary for me to catch my breathe. I noted that I'm needing fewer breaks on the uphill slopes than I used to. Although parts of the route slowed us down quite a bit, we made pretty good time. I'm just really glad to finally get back out into nature! Got too lazy there for a while.
We had to read the logs on the last few as they started getting a little more tricky to spot. KTrackers is always a good source for the extra info. We enjoyed a good laugh over a couple of his later logs on this series. Thankfully we grabbed all of them and the final. PAF'd at the final to save some time since someone forgot what one of the clues was. We were only about 30' off, since it was a the last digit.
THanks for the fun series!
